  • 0.5 oz Fairlee NFC Lime Juice 950mL
  • 3 oz Fairlee White Cranberry Juice 1,89L

  • Non-alcoholic beer to complete
  • Garnish: slice of ginger and mint leaf
  • Glass: Mule cup
  • 4 oz Ginger Syrup
  • 2 oz Fairlee NFC Lime Juice 950mL
  • 12 oz Fairlee White Cranberry Juice 1,89L
  • Ice
  • Non-alcoholic beer to complete
  • Garnish: slice of ginger and mint leaf
  • Glass: Mule cup
  • 10 oz Ginger Syrup
  • 5 oz Fairlee NFC Lime Juice 950mL
  • 30 oz Fairlee White Cranberry Juice 1,89L
  • Ice
  • Non-alcoholic beer to complete
  • Garnish: slice of ginger and mint leaf
  • Glass: Mule cup

Ginger Syrup 500mL

  • 500 mL Fairle Simple Syrup 950mL
  • 1 unit Fresh ginger
  • 500 mL Fairle Simple Syrup 950mL
  • 1 unit Fresh ginger
  • 500 mL Fairle Simple Syrup 950mL
  • 1 unit Fresh ginger
  • Build the cocktail by adding all the ingredients, except for non-alcoholic beer, into a Mule cup.
  • Fill with ice.
  • Top with the non-alcoholic beer.
  • Garnish with a slice of ginger and mint leaves.

Ginger Syrup - 500mL

  • Bring to boiling point 450mL Fairlee Simple Syrup.
  • Add pieces of ginger and muddle.
  • Let stand for 2 hours.
  • Strain into a jar.
  • Refrigerate.
