Ginger Syrup 500mL
- 500 mL Fairle Simple Syrup 950mL
- 1 unit Fresh ginger
- 500 mL Fairle Simple Syrup 950mL
- 1 unit Fresh ginger
- 500 mL Fairle Simple Syrup 950mL
- 1 unit Fresh ginger
- Build the cocktail by adding all the ingredients, except for non-alcoholic beer, into a Mule cup.
- Fill with ice.
- Top with the non-alcoholic beer.
- Garnish with a slice of ginger and mint leaves.
Ginger Syrup - 500mL
- Bring to boiling point 450mL Fairlee Simple Syrup.
- Add pieces of ginger and muddle.
- Let stand for 2 hours.
- Strain into a jar.
- Refrigerate.
