- 5 oz Caesar Mix Fairlee 1,89L
- 0,5 oz Pesto sauce
- 1 units Fresh whole bird chilli
- 4 dashes Spiced oil
- 0,5 oz Lime juice NFC Fairlee 950 mL to the rim
- Roasted sesame seeds for the rim
- Chili powder for the rim
- Ice
- Garnish: basil, tomato, bocconcini cheese
- Glaze the rim of a glass with lime juice, then a mixture of toasted sesame seeds and chili powder.
- Shake lemon juice, Caesar blend and fresh pesto in a shaker without ice cubes.
- Pour the liquid into the rimmed glass filled with ice cubes.
- Add 4 dashes of spiced oil.
- Garnish with: basil, tomato, bocconcini cheese.
- Finish with a few sesame seeds.
