- 2 oz Fairlee Smoothie Mix 960mL Peach
- 1 oz Lime juice Fairlee 950mL
- 1,5 oz Water
- Tajin
- Jalapeno slice without seeds
- In a shaker add: Peach Purée, lime juice, water, two slices of jalapeno pepper (seeds removed).
- Shake vigorously with ice for 10 seconds
- Double filter in a martini glass previously rhymed with Tajin
- Add a very thin slice of jalapeno, grilled on the mocktail
